Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Plan B Xpress in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Plan B Xpress provides financial education, trading signals, copy trading access, market scanner tools, and affiliate commission programs. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or interact with the platform
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service

Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed on an annual or one-time basis as stated at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Paystack, Stripe, Flutterwave, or cryptocurrency. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Renewals: Annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email prior to renewal.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Affiliate Commissions: Commissions are paid subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold. We reserve the right to withhold commissions if fraudulent activity is detected.

Trading financial instruments carries significant risk. The content, signals, and information provided on Plan B Xpress are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Past performance of any trading strategy or signal is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should never invest money you cannot afford to lose.

Plan B Xpress is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment firm in any jurisdiction. All trading decisions are made solely by you and are your own responsibility. We strongly recommend seeking independent financial advice before making any investment decisions.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the software will be corrected

You use the service at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plan B Xpress and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any trading losses incurred as a result of using our signals or tools
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content on the service
• Any other matter relating to the service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Plan B Xpress and its licensors. Our trademarks, logo, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Plan B Xpress.

All course materials, signals, scanner tools, and educational content are proprietary. Sharing, distributing, or reselling any content without express written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation of a paid plan will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
